7:00 am - A run/slog up the hill to the shooting range (Karl's new favorite place to run.) Karl runs about 4 miles...I walk/part slog uphill and jog down about 3+ miles total.
(This morning I'm limping around with a hurty right heel) :(8:00 am - We pulled out the old pea plants...they'd done their job quite nicely
...harvested a bag of spinach

...put the tomatoes plants in cages
(found those at a yard sales 2 weeks ago):)
9:30 - Breakfast... Omelets...oh how I love omelets with salsa.
(We have lots of little green tomatoes)
(our hanging tomato plant...Thanks Rachel)
9:45 - Back out to the yard. Empty and refill the composter, dead-head roses, shear bushes and pull out a pathetic rosemary bush in the entry that has been ugly for 7 years...I will miss the scent as we walk by the vacant spot.
3:00 - Attended a Memorial Service for one of Karl co-workers that died
(quite quickly) of pancreatic cancer.
(It made me, once again, appreciate the gospel..the knowledge, direction and peace it gives us.)

5:00 pm - Karl's bluegrass band plays for a Daughters of the Utah Pioneer Jubilee. It was a "
will- play-for-food" gig. And the food
(BBQ pork) was very good.

7:45 pm - Stopped by Borders to catch Nate Waggoner's last few songs. He's good...someday he'll be famous...and we'll still love him.
8:00 pm - Quick trip into Joann's Fabrics...cutting mats were 50% off and I needed another one.
8:35 pm - dropped over due books
(Leah and Rachel by Orson Scott Card and Sewing Short Cuts) by the library.

8:45 pm - Home...thought about going outside and enjoying a fire in our
new-to-us firepit
(Steph snagged it at a yard sale last week:) But the neighbors were having a noisy party...so we didn't.
9:00 pm - In bed and dozzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzing off.
