Karl's Chili took the "Hottest but still eatable" award at our ward Chili cook-off. I think that is a good thing since they were only giving out 3 awards.
He really tried to mild it down for a more universal crowd appeal....but he couldn't do it. The man just loves "Hot". I suggested he leave out the cayenne and the Louisana hot sauce. Blasphemy!
But it really is good chili....with a milk chaser.
