A Pilgrim's Prospective

Saturday we visited Plimoth  Plantation 
'
 First we visited the Indian village.  We learned that Squanto wasn't exactly the noble Indian that our history books painted him to be...very interesting.

Then on over the hill to the 1620 English Colony.

These pilgrims never broke character...always speaking and acting as if they were really living in 1620.

Violet helped herd the chickens to the coop for the night.

We could have spent alot more time here but alas...it closed and these pilgrims were ready to get back to 2012.  And we had some pretty tired pilgrims ourselves.
